I'm Dr. Kalyan Kuppachi, a technology executive and certified executive coach with over 27 years of experience spanning product engineering, delivery management, and organizational leadership. I'm currently the Cofounder and CEO of Utsuk Consulting Solutions, where I drive strategy, revenue growth, service delivery excellence, and leadership development. Prior to this, I held leadership roles at Innominds (EVP), Accenture (Managing Director), Zenoti (VP Professional Services), Pramati Technologies (VP Engineering), and Cognizant (Associate Director) — giving me deep exposure across services, product companies, startups, and large enterprises.

1. Engineering Management — I've built and led teams from the ground up, including assembling a 170-member engineering team under a BOT model and growing organizations by 60% in under two years. I understand both the people and the technology side of engineering leadership.

As a Certified Executive Coach (accredited by CFI, Chennai) and Certified Corporate Director (IOD, India) with a Fwllowship qualifitcation, I bring structured coaching frameworks to help professionals think through their next chapter with clarity and confidence.

Operations & Business Acumen — From demand-supply planning and utilization optimization to pre-sales process design, securing multi-million-dollar deals, and expanding professional services across Asia-Pacific, Africa, Middle East, and Europe (reaching $700K in monthly recurring revenue), I bring a strong operational and commercial lens that complements my technical background.
5. People Development & Coaching — Mentorship is central to who I am. I coach emerging leaders, run mentorship programs for employees at all skill levels, and regularly guide undergraduate students in Tier II towns on employability and career readiness. My doctoral research at ISB focused on hybrid work arrangements and their impact on employee engagement and performance — so my approach to people development is grounded in both experience and evidence.
Outside of work, I'm an avid marathon runner and cyclist, an active member of the Hyderabad Runners Society, and I serve on the advisory committee of Akshara Kanthi, a nonprofit focused on quality education for underprivileged students. I believe sustained professional excellence goes hand in hand with well-being, fitness, and giving back — and that philosophy shapes how I mentor.
