By accessing and using BeTopTen's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on BeTopTen's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on BeTopTen
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Services

BeTopTen provides access to mock interviews and mentorship services. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Update pricing with reasonable notice

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.

5. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in advance. We accept payment through secure third-party processors. All sales are final, but we may offer refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session fee.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on BeTopTen, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BeTopTen and protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

BeTopTen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BeTopTen operates.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
