Follow-up Session Discount Terms

The follow-up discount rewards you for booking again soon after a session. If you book another session with the same mentor within their chosen window of your most recent completed session, you automatically get a percentage off - there is no code to enter and nothing to claim.

1. How it works

• The discount is earned by timing. If you book in time, you get it; if you miss the window, you pay the normal price.
• It is always a percentage off the session price - never a fixed amount.
• There is no code, no coupon, and no limit on how many times you can use it. It is applied automatically at checkout.

2. What triggers the discount

The trigger is your most recent completed session with that mentor. The previous session must have actually taken place - simply booking two sessions at once does not unlock it. The discount can apply to all of that mentor's session types.

3. The window

Each mentor who offers the discount sets their own percentage and window length (for example, 15% within 14 days). The window is measured from your most recent completed session with that mentor, and it rolls forward: each new completed session starts a fresh window. So if you keep coming back, you keep qualifying.

The window applies to when you book, not when the session is scheduled. If the window is 14 days, you can book on day 14 for a session that takes place later - that is fine.

4. Booking again during the window

If you book more than one session during a single window - before the earlier ones have taken place - each of those bookings gets the discount, all measured from the same completed session. Once a new session is completed, a fresh window begins from it.

5. The percentage

Each qualifying follow-up booking gets the same percentage the mentor has set. A mentor may also choose to offer a specific mentee a higher negotiated rate - never a lower one. No mentor's follow-up discount can exceed the platform ceiling of 50%.

6. One discount at a time

A booking uses one discount source. If more than one discount could ever apply to the same booking, only the larger one is used - discounts do not stack. The platform records which discount applied to each booking and why.

7. Reminders

After a completed session, and again as your deadline approaches, we may email you to let you know your discount is available and by when to book to keep it. We only send these reminders when you do not already have an upcoming session booked with that mentor.

8. Price and payment

The discount reduces the session price you pay. Everything else about a session - confidentiality, rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds - is governed by the Session Terms & Confidentiality Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Refunds Policy.

9. Availability and changes

Offering the follow-up discount is each mentor's choice, and a mentor may turn it on or off or change their percentage and window at any time. The discount that applies to a booking is the one in effect when you book. BeTopTen may modify or withdraw this programme by publishing a new version of these terms with a new effective date.
