Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

  • More than 24 hours notice: You can reschedule your session for free or request a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are non-refundable.

2. Refunds for Missed Sessions

Refunds are processed based on session attendance:

  • Mentor No-Show: If the mentor fails to join the session within 10 minutes of the start time, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule.
  • Mentee No-Show: If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered conducted and is non-refundable.

3. Technical Issues

If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues originating from the mentor's side or our platform, you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule. Issues originating from your side (e.g., poor internet connection) are not eligible for a refund.

4. Session Quality

Refunds are not provided based on subjective dissatisfaction with the session content or advice. However, we take quality seriously. If you believe there was a violation of our code of conduct or professional standards, please report it to our support team for investigation.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
